Yes, plants need regular sunlight and water to stay healthy. If you receive the plant a few days early, here’s what to do:

• Open the outer box and gently remove the inner box.
• Place the plant, still in the inner box, in bright indirect sunlight, ensuring the window side faces the sun.
• Fill a glass or bottle with water slightly higher than the soil level of the plant.
• Dip one end of a rope wick into the water so the plant can absorb moisture. Keep it dipped for 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the soil’s condition.
• Keep your plant like this for 3–4 days until it’s time to pack it again for gifting.

Not immediately. The metallic planter your plant comes with can house it comfortably for 8–12 months. If you’d like your plant to grow larger, you can carefully repot it into a bigger container of your choice.

We guarantee your plants will arrive happy and healthy! It’s normal for live plants to show minor signs of stress after transit. If you notice damage beyond minor blemishes, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your plant for a free replacement. Photos will help us assess the damage and improve our packaging.
