All dispatch-ready products undergo thorough quality checks. We evaluate our seeds on various parameters to guarantee full customer satisfaction. We ensure that the products are fit for the purpose for which they are intended. However, in the rare event where you are not completely satisfied with the product you receive, then following is the procedure to return the goods.
- You can return the product(s) within 7 days of receiving the shipment, provided they are in their original purchase condition. If you fail to contact us within this time period with a returns request, unfortunately no refund or exchange will be entertained.
- You are required to send the package back to us at 172, Industrial Area, Phase-1, Chandigarh – 160002 (India). The shipping cost will be borne by the sender and is non-refundable.
- You can choose to either replace the item returned or have the amount refunded.
- If you wish to exchange your purchased item, contact us via email at (firstname.lastname@example.org), informing us of the issue and the product you will like to purchase in exchange.
- Before you receive the exchanged product, you will have to send the original product back at 172 Industrial Area, Phase-1, Chandigarh – 160002 (India), bearing the shipping costs.
- After inspection of the product, which should be unused with price tags and packaging intact, the exchange item will be dispatched.
- If you opt for a refund, intimate us in writing, preferably by email, mentioning the order number, product name, and bank details.
- The refund, barring the shipping amount, will be initiated only after the products are received at the warehouse and examined to be in the original purchase condition, without any visible signs of use or damage. A complete refund, including the shipping amount, is processed only in case a wrong item is sent.
- It may take upto 20 days for the refund to be processed and completed from our side. Please note, refund time also depends on the time taken by your bank.
Please note that the amount is refunded only under the following circumstances:
(a) Incorrect item sent
(b) Damage or loss during transit and before delivery
(c) If the package received is tampered with and in a bad shape
(d) If the product is not how it is described on the website or due to some discrepancy in the pricing catalogue as a result of which you have been charged a higher price than mentioned.
