How to place an order? / I wasn’t able to add products to cart on the website. How can I place the order now?
For placing an order with us, browse through our seeds collection and add your products to the cart. On the checkout page choose the preferred payment method and you done!
If there’s some problem in buying from our online store, you can write at us at email@example.com. You can also speak with us at 8544865077 with the product(s) name and quantity required. We will take note of your order details, shipping address and payment method.
How will you ship my order to me?
All the orders get dispatched via our shipping partners- Delhivery and India Post.
How long until I receive my order?
We dispatch the order within 3 business days.
Based on your location, the courier services take 3-5 days in delivering the parcel from the time of order dispatch.
What do I do if I receive something other than what was ordered?
We do our best to ensure that the order reaches you in the best shape. In case you receive a package with missing items or incorrect items, please reach us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 8544865077.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within India only. Shipping seeds outside India require an application for the export permit and can be facilitated on demand for bulk orders.
What if I am not satisfied with the quality of the product received?
Our seeds are tested for germination and purity levels and stored in a regulated facility. They are packaged once they meet all criteria of quality assurance as per Government of India.
For growing aid, our mobile app AllThatGrows provides growing instructions for all our seeds. All our other products also come with labels for usage instructions.

What if I want to change the delivery address after the order has been shipped?
The delivery address can only be modified within 1 working day, before the order is shipped and not at a later stage.
What are the payments methods available/ What are my payment options?
We accept payments made through credit cards, debit cards, net banking and bank transfer. You can also pay cash on delivery for the charge of INR 50. Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to opt for NEFT for bulk orders.

For how long can I store the seeds before they are sown?
For most of our seed varieties, the expiry date is 6 months from the date of packing.
Once the seed packet is opened, they can be stored in an airtight container or sown immediately. You can also refer to the details mentioned on the back of the seed pack.
Do the seeds come with an expiry date? What if I do not plant them all at once?
Yes, we mention the date of expiry on the back side of every packet. Once the packet is opened, seeds should be stored in an airtight container or sown immediately. This will ensure that their germination ability is not affected.
Do you sell genetically modified seeds?
No, the seeds available at AllThatGrows are not genetically modified.
Are your seeds organic?
ATG seeds are not organic. They are pure varieties traditionally produced using open pollination methods. They are non-hybrid and GMO-free.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we operate only via our online store. AllThatGrows does not have a physical store for sale and purchase purposes.
Will I get a refund if my order was not successful but a transaction was made on my card?
Yes, the amount deducted will be refunded to your account from which the amount was debited.
Can I create an account in your store, if yes, are there any perks of creating an account on ATG?
Yes, there is a provision to sign-up and have a separate customer account. The benefits of creating an account on ATG include discounts and exclusive updates.
Is it safe to purchase seeds from your store? Are your website and transaction system certified?
We ensure that there is no security breach and your transaction details are completely safe with us. We have employed an encrypted certified payment system to ensure complete safety.
Can I send seed packets as a gift to someone?
Yes, you can send seed packets to anyone within India.
