How to place an order? / I wasn’t able to add ‘Seed(s) to cart on the webstore. How can I place the order now.
For placing an order you can visit our online store, www.allthatgrows.in, browse through our seeds collection and add to cart all that you have finalized. On the checkout page choose the preferred payment method and you are done!
In case, there’s some problem in buying directly from our online store. You can also contact us on email email@example.com or call us at 8968675588 with the product(s) name and quantity required with complete mailing address and the preferred payment method.
How will you ship my order to me?
All orders are shipped via FedEx.
How long until I receive my order?
The receipt of your order will depend on the mode of your payment. Please see below the processing time for deliver for different order types:

For Online Transaction Orders: 5 - 6 days
What do I do if I receive something other than what was ordered?

No, currently our shipping is restricted to regions within India itself. We offer free nationwide shipping and do NOT ship outside India.

The delivery address and the date can only be modified before the order is shipped and not at a later stage.

Is cash on delivery available.
Yes, cash on delivery is available. Please enter your pincode on the checkout page to confirm whether COD is available for your area/locality. There also might be an extra charge for COD.

Can I pay in any other currency than rupees?
No, right now you can only pay in rupees. Currently, we ship only in India and only accept transactions made in rupees.

Can I change my order information? Is there a way to change a product ordered and/or add more items to a recently placed order?
Yes, it is possible to change/replace an ordered product with another or add more items to a recently placed order. Just mail us at email@example.com or call at 8968675588 within 24-36 hours. But changes are subject to shipping. If the order has been shipped, then no changes can be made.

You can request both perennial or seasonal items back in stock. If we are planning to discontinue something permanently, we will get back to you, else we will make sure to get you what you want. Can I buy a mix of seeds instead of only one variety?
Yes, you can buy a variety of seeds in small quantities to have a nice mix but all of them will be shipped separately.
For how long can the seeds be stored before they are sown?
You can refer to the details as mentioned at the back of the seed pack. Normally, the expiry date as mentioned is 6 months from the date of packing. But once the packet is opened, sow the seeds immediately.
Do the seeds come with an expiration date? What if I do not plant them all at once?
Yes and it is mentioned at the back of every packet. Once the packet is opened, you need to sow the seeds immediately otherwise they might come in contact with moisture and as a result the germination can be deeply impacted.
Do you sell genetically modified seeds?
No, the seeds available at AllThatGrows are not genetically modified.
Are your seeds organic?
ATG seeds are not organic but are traditionally produced, pure and non-hybrid, without any genetic modifications, and produced using open pollination methods.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we operate only via our online store. AllThatGrows does not have a physical store for sale and purchase purposes.
Will I get a refund if my order was not successful but a transaction was made on my card?
Yes the amount deducted will be refunded to your account from which the amount was debited.
Can I create an account on your store, if yes, are there any perks of creating an account on ATG?
Yes, there is a provision to sign-up and have a separate customer account. The benefits of creating an account on ATG include discounts and exclusive updates.
Is it safe to purchase seeds from your store? Is your website and transaction system certified?
We ensure that there is no security breach and that your transaction details are completely safe with us. We have employed an encrypted and certified system to ensure total safety.
Can I send seed packets as a gift to someone?
Yes, you can send seed packets to anyone within India.
